Deliveries in France
Within a week (2 to 4 days):
Standard delivery via Colissimo -54,90€ - Free shipping from 100€.
Express delivery - 15€. Free express shipping for orders over 350€. Delivery the next day before 7pm for any order placed before 12pm.
In Paris for a delivery in the same day:
Click & Collect: Free. From Monday to Saturday, order before 12pm and collect your order from our shop at 13 rue du dragon Paris 6e from 2pm the same day. Please wait for confirmation of availability before coming.
Courier: 15€ delivery. From Monday to Friday, order before 12pm and receive your order from 2pm to 6pm.

European countries: from 6.90€ to 10.90€ for a delivery that can take 5 to 10 days *
Other countries: from 12€ to 24.90€ for a delivery that can take 8 to 15 days *

The transmission of information on our site takes place in a secure context, using the protocols in force on the Internet.
You have the possibility to pay your purchases on the secured platform PAYPAL, bank transfer or cheque. The payment cards accepted via Mollie are : CB, MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express®.
The "Pay in 3 instalments" option is offered via the Klarna solution. It represents an alternative to traditional credit. It allows customers to pay for their purchases in three instalments. These payments are automatically deducted from the registered debit/credit card until the full amount of the customer's order is paid.
After-sales service - What to do if your jewellery is damaged or broken?
If you are buying from a dealer, please contact them directly.
If you bought the product on our website or in a shop Elise Tsikis Paris, you have two possibilities.
Your jewellery is guaranteed for one year. If you are concerned, provided that the deterioration of the jewel is linked to the natural wear of the product and / or a manufacturing defect, we can then proceed with an exchange.
After this guarantee period and if cela is possible, we can offer you a repair. We will then provide you with a quotation for you to accept - or not - before starting the repairs. In this case, please specify in your email the order number, photos and the delivery address for the return of the repair.

By your order, you have a period of 15 days after receipt of your order (date indicated on your tracking) to make your request for return online and mail your package.

Returns are free for metropolitan France. Thus, you will receive by e-mail a prepaid label to stick on the parcel, you will only have to go to the nearest post office to deposit the parcel.

For returns from countries outside the European Union: The customs declaration attached to the package must mention that it is a customer return and the reason for the return. We advise you to use the same carrier that made your first delivery and to ensure that no charges are applicable upon receipt of the package. In case of charges upon receipt of the package, the package will be systematically refused.

Our jewellery, composition, manufacture and care
Our jewellery is 24 carat gold-plated, 3 microns on a brass base, in gold, pink gold or white gold and is part of a process that respects working conditions and the environment, with the Fairtrade label. Each piece is handcrafted by our jewellers in our workshop in Paris. They are in cela . To take care of your jewel and to keep its shine, we advise you not to wear it when you are sleeping, swimming or doing sports. Also avoid contact with perfumes and cosmetics.
Be aware that gilding will develop a patina over time. The speed with which the patina develops depends on how well the jewellery is cared for. Fading gold is the result of normal natural wear and tear.
Store your jewellery individually and protect your natural stones from knocks and scratches.
